Ingredients
  

Yogurt Layer
  • 4 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
Fruit Layer
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 banana sliced
Granola Layer
  • 1 cup granola store-bought or homemade
Sweetener
  • 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Method
 

Assemble the Parfait
  1. In a glass cup, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries and sliced banana on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit.
  4. Drizzle honey over the granola.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of yogurt and a drizzle of honey.
