  • 2 cups milk whole or any preferred milk
  • 2 cups ice crushed or whole
  • 1 cup vanilla bean ice cream or vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or seeds from 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional for extra flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the milk, ice, vanilla bean ice cream, vanilla bean paste, and sugar.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
  4. Pour into serving glasses and top with whipped cream if desired.
