  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 medium ripe peaches sliced
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese torn into pieces
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves torn
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced peaches.
  2. Add the torn burrata cheese and fresh basil leaves to the bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and black pepper.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
