Marinate Chicken
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixed with water. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Stir Fry
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables to the wok. Stir fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour any remaining marinade into the wok and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
