Ingredients
  

Meat and Seasoning
  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend recommended
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Water for simmering

Method
 

Cooking the Meat
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
  3. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in the water and bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
