Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 lb Ground beef or chicken
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Chopped onion for topping
  • 1 cup Chopped cilantro for topping
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes for topping
  • 1 lime Lime wedges for serving

Method
 

Cook the Meat
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Drain excess fat and add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
Prepare the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
  2. Assemble the tacos by adding the cooked meat to each tortilla and topping with onion, cilantro, and diced tomatoes.
  3. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
