Method
Prepare the Cake

Prepare the Tres Leches Mixture
- In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk.
Assemble the Cake
- Once the cake is baked, let it cool for 10 minutes. Poke holes all over the cake with a fork.
- Pour the tres leches mixture evenly over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours or overnight to absorb the milk mixture.
Prepare the Topping
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the soaked cake and top with sliced strawberries.
