  • 1 each pre-made pie crust or homemade
Filling
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened

Method
 

Prepare the Pie Crust
  1. If using a pre-made pie crust, follow package instructions to prepare. If making from scratch, roll out the dough and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish.
Make the Cream Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Pie
  1. Spread the cream filling evenly over the prepared pie crust.
  2. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cream filling.
  3. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set.
