Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach Chopped
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Pastry
  • 1 package Puff Pastry Sheets Thawed

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Prepare the Pastry
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into circles using a cookie cutter.
Assemble the Bites
  1. Place a spoonful of the spinach filling in the center of each pastry circle. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
Bake
  1. Place the assembled bites on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from frozen.
