Prepare the Broccolini
- Rinse the broccolini under cold water and trim the ends.
Sauté the Broccolini
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccolini to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the broccolini is tender but still crisp.
- Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
