Broccolini
  • 1 bunch broccolini trimmed
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Broccolini
  1. Rinse the broccolini under cold water and trim the ends.
Sauté the Broccolini
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccolini to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the broccolini is tender but still crisp.
  5. Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
