Cooking Quinoa
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness.
- Add the rinsed quinoa, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
- Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 1 minute.
- Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve.
