Ingredients
  

Quinoa Base
  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Method
 

Cooking Quinoa
  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness.
  2. Add the rinsed quinoa, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  3. Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 1 minute.
  4. Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  5. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve.
