Prepare the Dough

Shape and Bake
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel, making a hole in the center.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
