Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup protein powder unflavored or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tbsp honey optional
Toppings
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds for sprinkling

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Shape and Bake
  1. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel, making a hole in the center.
  2. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let cool before serving.
