  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 medium lime juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add salt to taste.
  3. Toss everything together until well combined.
