Preparation
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and measuring sauces.
Cooking
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
- Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- If using shrimp, add it now and cook until pink.
- Add carrots and peas, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and pineapple chunks, mixing well.
- Pour in the sauces and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
