Ingredients
  

Cheese mixture
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup pimentos drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the cheese mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese.
  2. Add the chopped pimentos, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Using an electric mixer, blend the ingredients until well combined and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve
  1. Transfer the pimento cheese to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  2. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
