Method
Prepare the Miso Glaze
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
Prepare the Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
- Brush the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Glaze and Bake
- Spread the miso glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
