Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 12 slices White bread or whole grain
  • 12 slices Whole wheat bread
Fillings
  • 6 slices Turkey breast thinly sliced
  • 6 slices Ham thinly sliced
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese thinly sliced
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise optional
  • 1/2 cup Mustard optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay out all the ingredients on a clean cutting board.
  2. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomato on half of the bread slices.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices, spread side down, to form sandwiches.
Cutting and Serving
  1. Cut each sandwich into quarters or halves, depending on size preference.
  2. Secure each piece with a toothpick if desired.
  3. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
