- In a bowl, whisk together matcha powder and hot water until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, blend mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Gently fold in whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
- Quickly dip ladyfinger cookies into the prepared matcha mixture.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust the top with additional matcha powder just before serving.
