Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Pasta (e.g., fettuccine or spaghetti)
Chicken
  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 lemon Juice and zest of lemon
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper To taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cook Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook Chicken
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Make Sauce
  1. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Bring to a simmer.
Combine
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
