Ingredients
  

Onions
  • 4 medium Yellow Onions Peeled and quartered
Honey Mixture
  • 1/4 cup Honey Preferably raw
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the quartered onions to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the honey mixture.
Roasting
  1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Spread the coated onions in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the onions are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
