Ingredients
  

For the Noodles
  • 8 oz Egg noodles Thin, tender noodles
  • 3 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce Low-sodium if desired
For the Beef Mixture
  • 1 lb Ground beef Lean ground beef preferred
  • 2 stalks Green onions Sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Freshly grated
For the Seasoning Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce For umami richness
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil Enhances with nutty undertones
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes Add to taste for spice

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing the Garlic
  1. In a pan over medium heat, add a splash of oil and toss in minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and golden brown, around 1-2 minutes.
Browning the Beef
  1. Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Stir in the cooked noodles with the garlic and beef mixture. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and any desired seasonings. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
Garnishing and Serving
  1. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions or sesame seeds. Serve hot for best enjoyment!
