Grilled Peaches

Deliciously sweet and caramelized grilled peaches, perfect as a dessert or a side dish.

Ingredients
  

Peaches
  • 4 whole ripe peaches halved and pitted
Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
Butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted

Method
 

Prepare the Peaches
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, honey, and cinnamon.
  3. Brush the peach halves with the mixture.
Grill the Peaches
  1. Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill.
  2. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  3. Flip the peaches and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill and serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
