Ingredients
  

Lamb Chops
  • 8 pieces lamb chops about 1 inch thick
Marinade
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Marinate the Lamb
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Grill the Lamb Chops
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let them sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  3. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
