Ingredients
  

Lamb Chops
  • 8 pieces lamb chops preferably rib or loin chops
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon juice

Method
 

Marinate the Lamb
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
Grill the Lamb Chops
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let them come to room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  3. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
