- Chop the green onions, slice the bell pepper, and julienne the carrots.
Cooking
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
- Add the garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper and carrots, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the chopped green onions and soy sauce, stir-frying for an additional 2-3 minutes until the green onions are wilted.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
