Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups green onions chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the green onions, slice the bell pepper, and julienne the carrots.
Cooking
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the bell pepper and carrots, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Add the chopped green onions and soy sauce, stir-frying for an additional 2-3 minutes until the green onions are wilted.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
