Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Cook the Flatbreads
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
