Prepare the Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced dill pickles, diced celery, and chopped red onion.
Mix the Salad
- Add the mayonnaise, dill weed, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Serve
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve the chicken salad on a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
