Preparation

- Place the sliced carrots, chopped onion, and cubed potatoes at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Lay the seasoned chicken thighs on top of the vegetables.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
