Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on for best flavor
Vegetables
  • 2 cups carrots sliced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes cubed
Sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
Cooking
  1. Place the sliced carrots, chopped onion, and cubed potatoes at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Lay the seasoned chicken thighs on top of the vegetables.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken thighs with the vegetables and sauce spooned over the top.
