Corned Beef Sliders

Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 12 oz corned beef thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese cut in half
  • 12 slider buns slider buns preferably potato or brioche
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Method
 

Assemble the Sliders
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Layer the corned beef evenly over the mustard.
  5. Add a layer of sauerkraut on top of the corned beef.
  6. Place half slices of Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut.
  7. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  8. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
Bake the Sliders
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
