Method
Prepare the Sliders
- Preheat the griddle over medium heat.
- Slice the slider buns in half and spread mustard on the insides.
- Layer corned beef and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with the other half of the bun.
- Melt butter on the griddle and place the sliders on it, cooking until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve
- Remove from the griddle and slice each slider in half if desired. Serve warm.
