Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 pieces slider buns preferably brioche
  • 1 pound corned beef thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese or cheese of choice
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard for spreading
  • 1 tablespoon butter for toasting buns

Method
 

Prepare the Sliders
  1. Preheat the griddle over medium heat.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and spread mustard on the insides.
  3. Layer corned beef and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Top with the other half of the bun.
  5. Melt butter on the griddle and place the sliders on it, cooking until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve
  1. Remove from the griddle and slice each slider in half if desired. Serve warm.
