Method
Prepare the Sliders
- Heat a griddle over medium heat and add butter.
- Spread yellow mustard on the inside of each slider bun.
- Layer corned beef and a slice of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with the other half of the bun.
Grill the Sliders
- Place the assembled sliders on the griddle and press down gently with a spatula.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the sliders carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the other side is golden brown.
Serve
- Remove from the griddle and cut each slider in half if desired.
- Serve warm with extra mustard on the side.
