Corned Beef Sliders

Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 1 lb corned beef thinly sliced
  • 8 slices slider buns preferably potato buns
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese or your choice of cheese
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard for spreading
  • 1 tbsp butter for grilling

Method
 

Prepare the Sliders
  1. Heat a griddle over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Spread yellow mustard on the inside of each slider bun.
  3. Layer corned beef and a slice of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Top with the other half of the bun.
Grill the Sliders
  1. Place the assembled sliders on the griddle and press down gently with a spatula.
  2. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  3. Flip the sliders carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the other side is golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove from the griddle and cut each slider in half if desired.
  2. Serve warm with extra mustard on the side.
