  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the diced corned beef, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine and cook for another 10 minutes, until heated through and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
