Sandwich Ingredients
  • 8 slices Rye bread
  • 12 oz Corned beef thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard or to taste
  • 8 slices Pickles for serving

Method
 

Assembling the Sandwiches
  1. Lay out 4 slices of rye bread on a clean cutting board.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard on each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the corned beef evenly on top of the mustard.
  4. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the corned beef.
  5. Top with the remaining slices of rye bread to complete the sandwiches.
  6. Cut each sandwich in half and serve with pickles on the side.
