Method
Assembling the Sandwiches
- Lay out 4 slices of rye bread on a clean cutting board.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard on each slice of bread.
- Layer the corned beef evenly on top of the mustard.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the corned beef.
- Top with the remaining slices of rye bread to complete the sandwiches.
- Cut each sandwich in half and serve with pickles on the side.
