  • 2 cups corned beef, shredded
  • 3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded corned beef, diced potatoes, chopped onion, sour cream, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Assembly
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
