Preparation

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, diced potatoes, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Baking
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
