Ingredients
  

Cocktail Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut cream for a rich coconut flavor
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup tequila preferably silver
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur such as Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 cups ice for blending
  • 1 lime lime wedge for garnish
  • 1 cup toasted coconut flakes for rim garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Glass
  1. Moisten the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and dip it into toasted coconut flakes to coat.
Mix the Cocktail
  1. In a blender, combine coconut cream, fresh lime juice, tequila, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Serve
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
