Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1 cup Red Onion Diced
  • 1/2 cup Chili Sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large Tortillas Flour or whole wheat
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Filling
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine the cooked chicken, bell pepper, red onion, chili sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
Assemble the Wrap
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the chicken filling, followed by lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  2. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Serve
  1. Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately with extra chili sauce on the side if desired.
