Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients
  • 2 cups Ground Chicken Cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese For binding
  • 1 large Egg Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Mixture
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
Form the Crust
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the chicken mixture onto the parchment paper, shaping it into a round crust about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the Crust
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before adding toppings.
