Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 cup uncooked rice Long grain or white rice.
  • 2 cups chicken broth Low sodium recommended.
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For topping.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
