Ingredients
  

Coffee Base
  • 4 shots Espresso Freshly brewed
Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cherry syrup Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Milk
  • 4 cups Milk Whole, skim, or non-dairy
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Whipped cream Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Cherries For garnish

Method
 

Prepare Espresso
  1. Brew 4 shots of espresso using your espresso machine.
Mix Syrup
  1. In a small bowl, combine cherry syrup and vanilla extract.
Heat Milk
  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until steaming, but do not boil.
Froth Milk
  1. Use a milk frother to froth the heated milk until creamy and foamy.
Assemble Latte
  1. In each serving glass, add 1 shot of espresso and 2 tablespoons of the cherry-vanilla mixture.
  2. Pour the frothed milk over the espresso mixture.
  3. Top with whipped cream and garnish with cherries if desired.
