Ingredients
  

Meats
  • 100 grams Salami sliced
  • 100 grams Prosciutto sliced
  • 100 grams Chorizo sliced
Cheeses
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese cubed
  • 100 grams Brie cheese sliced
Accompaniments
  • 50 grams Olives mixed
  • 50 grams Grapes halved
  • 50 grams Nuts mixed
  • 4 tablespoons Hummus for dipping
Garnish
  • 4 sprigs Fresh rosemary for garnish

Method
 

Assemble the Cups
  1. Start by placing a layer of salami at the bottom of each cup.
  2. Add a layer of prosciutto and chorizo on top of the salami.
  3. Next, add cubes of cheddar cheese and slices of brie cheese.
  4. Fill the remaining space with olives, grapes, and nuts.
  5. Add a tablespoon of hummus in each cup for dipping.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary on top.
