Meats
  • 100 grams Salami sliced
  • 100 grams Prosciutto sliced
  • 100 grams Chorizo sliced
Cheeses
  • 100 grams Cheddar cubed
  • 100 grams Brie sliced
  • 100 grams Gorgonzola crumbled
Accompaniments
  • 1 cup Grapes whole
  • 1 cup Olives mixed
  • 1 cup Nuts mixed
  • 1 cup Crackers assorted
Garnish

Method
 

Assemble the Cups
  1. Start by placing a layer of meats at the bottom of each cup.
  2. Add a layer of cheese on top of the meats.
  3. Fill the remaining space with grapes, olives, and nuts.
  4. Top with assorted crackers and garnish with fresh herbs.
