Prepare the Pork
- Season the pork shoulder chunks with cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Combine Ingredients
- Place the seasoned pork in the crockpot. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, orange juice, lime juice, and chicken broth.
Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
Shred and Serve
- Remove the pork from the crockpot and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded pork to the crockpot and mix with the juices.
- Serve in tacos, burritos, or over rice.
