Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced bell pepper any color
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, and sliced bell pepper.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and celery seed until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
