BLT Egg Sliders

Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 8 slices bacon cooked until crispy
  • 4 large eggs fried or scrambled
  • 4 small slider buns toasted
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise optional

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, fry or scramble the eggs to your preference. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the slider buns until golden brown.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  2. Layer with shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, bacon, and the cooked egg.
  3. Top with the other half of the slider bun and serve immediately.
