Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs
  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs Bone-in, skin-on for best flavor
BBQ Marinade
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Your favorite brand
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove chicken thighs from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Place chicken thighs skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  4. Flip the thighs and continue to grill for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
