Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts skinless
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
Buns
  • 4 pieces burger buns toasted
Toppings
  • 1 cup coleslaw optional
  • 1 cup pickles optional

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Add BBQ Sauce
  1. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the BBQ sauce over the chicken.
  2. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Assemble the Sandwich
  1. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on the toasted buns.
  2. Top with coleslaw and pickles if desired.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
