Prepare the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the BBQ sauce over the chicken to glaze.
Assemble the Sandwich
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it on the bottom half of each toasted burger bun.
- Top with additional BBQ sauce, coleslaw, and pickles if desired. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
