Ingredients
  

Fish
  • 4 fillets cod fresh or thawed
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 slice lemon for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Cod
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Bake the Cod
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes.
Serve
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon slices.
