Prepare the Cod
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Bake the Cod
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes.
Serve
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon slices.
