Ingredients
  

Carrots
  • 1 pound carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
